- Say who you are: "I run HR at a nearby employer and we are planning a child care benefit for about 20 staff children under 5."
- Ask for places by age: "How many infant, toddler and preschool places could you hold for our staff over the next 12 months?"
- Ask about hours: "Can children arrive before 6:30 AM, stay after 6:30 PM or come on weekends? Our staff work shifts."
- Ask for the price: "What is your full-time yearly price by age, and what would you charge to keep a place empty for us until a staff child starts?"
- Ask about the contract: "Do you have a reserved place agreement already? How much notice do you need to add or release places?"
